Hi All,
Please guide me. I am now working as EA in an MNC and have more than 10 years of experience in this fiield and would like to move ahead in my professional life. As I know, EA position is a dead-end as a profession, can you please guide me with some other options. I am MBA in HR as well as Post Graduate in Public Administration. I have some experience in REcruitment also . Can I go ahead and apply for HR Executive at this point?

Hi Revathi,
This is a good move but it depends on your priorities and the opportunities available.
I would suggest you can approach your current organisation for the change over in HR since you already have the qualification and served this organisation for 10 years.
Besides, you can also apply other companies for suitable job in HR but you may have to compromise on your salary as you will be treated as a fresher in HR. Hence, checking with your current organisation would be the appropriate option.
All the best!

Thanks Dinesh for your insightful reply. This will definitely be helpful in deciding my career move. But one thing I forgot to mention in my message is that my current company is not a position to take me in HR so wants to decide whether to move in the same line or do the testing in some other field.
Thanks a lot for your help.
