Hello Everyone,
My company domain is IT, I am planning to create the KRA's for each employee with intend to provide each one complete clarity on the their result area. This would also help me in proceeding forward in the performance appraisal process as the parameter will help me to judge what can be more expect from them and what have been achieved so far. I read out that there are similarities in job description and job responsibilities to a certain extend.
Can you please assist me, how the KRA's flow should look alike. I completely understand, it would more or less look like the JD or JR.
