Leave letter sent by email as advised.At any time they have not sent reply,Even they have n record.On request I have forwarded the mails.But during a Particular month they have deducted 4 days salary.In fact I have taken 3 days leave only

Kindly go through with leave policy in your oragnisation and also contact with your concerned HR or HOD. You can show them the mails which you have sent to HR department for approval.
