4. Experience Required
5. Source the profiles from the portals like Naukir etc for candidates
6. In case the profile matches around 40 to 50 % short list the candidates by telephoning
7. Call for a physical interview at the rate of 1:4 ratio
8. Short list the candidates showing interest to join the organization.
9.Select the candidate on the basis of merit.
10. Offer letter to the selected candidates stipulating the date of joining
11. obtaining acknowledge from the candidate
