Dear Pramod,
It is advisable to first check applicability of rules to your organisation.
The rules are available on the net.
Check NBC guidelines.
Once you are sure that you meet the requisite parameters , the simply write a letter to your Divisional Fire Officer to arrange inspection .
In case , every thing is in order, NOC will be given for 3 years, though it will require to renewed every year.
After, 3 years re inspection will be required and the process will continue.
You will have to submit certain documents along with the letter seeking inspection.
Generally the list of such documents includes:-
1.Copy of approved building plan.
2.Copy of permission to operate your business.
3.Copies of tax paid on property.
4.List of escape arrangements.
5.Height of the building
6.No of staircases with width
7.Fire detection and fire alarm systems available.
8.List of fire fighting arrangements available.
9.Details of fire pumps with capacity.
10.No of in gate and out gates with width
