Hi, I am a software test Engineer, having work experience of 4 years; out of which 3 years in Cognizant and 1 year in Capgemini; I want to come out of technical field and want to move to HR ; that is why I am pursuing executive HR program (EPHRM) from IIM C this year. Below are my queries:
1. I don't want to start my career again from zero or fresher level at least in salary point of view; so how difficult is it to switch to HR job role internally in an organization and gain some experience and then switch to other HR jobs in other organization?
2. May I use this executive degree to apply for any project or delivery manager or any managerial job role in an organization if I find that switching to HR becomes very difficult?
3. Does good HR job roles only exist in big MNCs? what is the scope of HR jobs in small organizaion, do they get paid very less?
