Dear ashok,
I was wrote some tips its help to prepare RA for electrical
1. Must have PPE overalls, safety footwear, safety glasses.
2. Check/secure area adjacent to work.
3. Check for working at heights
4. Check for manual handling .
5. Check with supervisor whether extra operative needed.
6. Consider risks and hazards in work area. Refer any concerns to supervisor. Are relevant
permits in place?
Hazards
1. Falls from heights.
2. Eye and hand injury.
3. Electrocution.
4. Manual Handling.
5. Fire.
Harm
1. Burns or fatalities may arise from contact with live conductors.
2. Back injuries, fractures to fatality from fall.
3. Musculoskeletal injuries from torque/sudden movement of hand tools and lifting.
Control measures
1. All installations of electrical supplies to be carried out by qualified electricial staff.
2. Ensure work area is suitably cleared and notices posted.
3. Ensure all local personnel are informed of work being carried out.
4. Use only approved equipment and tools if competent in their use.
5. Maintain work area in a tidy state.
6. Install equipment and cables in accordance with IEE Regulations.
7. Carry out required electrical tests to new circuit prior to making it live.
On completion
1. Tidy up, remove and dispose of redundent materials.
2. Sign off any relevant permits.
3. Sign off job on completion.

Risk assesment is very wide field v can't confined to it in very short topic.
As far electrical part & construction is concern we hv to look hazard related with electrical & construction part seprately then in 3rd phase we hv to analys it as combine.
hazard related with electrical is electrocusion ,burn & fire which may result as serious injuries as well as fatalities
hazard related with construction is concern with fall from heights,collapse of structure as demolition well.
under envirometnt protection act is mainly concern with chemical which is annexed in schedule 2 & 3
