I have start looking for a new job, but most of the MNC's and leading organisations doesn't consider or even looks at a resume without having something special or highlighted.
As here, most of the people are from HR, needs your kind suggestions on 'how to creates a perfect resume' and 'what to add or not to add in a resume'?
I will really appreciate if anyone can help me with the modification of resume. So,please provide me your email id, so that I can forward my resume for your valuable inputs on the same.
