After completion of my maternity leave i have transferred to new department in my organization Where the boss and team does not welcomed me, they said like they didn't require any indent we will speak with hr and move to some other department. 1 month they did not assigned me any work, I was simply going to office, informed the same to Hr. Hr confirmed me that i should work with same department.
Same time my baby health was not good i took 1 week leave and not joined work because of personal challenges,It's been 3 months now.
Everything settled now and i want to join work. Please help me with email writing to HR manager in this regard.
If i quit job i need to pay 3 lakhs loan, which i can not pay in current position.
