When a female employee is covered under ESI, will she be taken care of completely by ESI or not? What is the management’s role in this situation and Who will pay Medical Bonus?

Dear Friend,
Yes. When a female employee is covered under ESI, she is taken care by ESI completely, subject to her contribution days during CP. Apart from maternity leave, she is eligible for medical benefit. Any complication out of pregnancy is treated at free of cost.
No Medical Bonus is paid under ESI since there is a medical benefit.
