I would suggest you create your own blog in blogspot or wordpress. However, before you start writing think and plan out the following
1. Title of the blog
2. The focus of the blog
3. The target audience who you want to address
4. The theme /topics/ outline of how the blog will evolve
5. Frequency in which you will write / the style you will adopt
6. How would you promote the blog so that you get readers and repeat views
7. Write at least 5- 10 blogs before you start publishing so that you have material and motivation to post regularly.
