Hi all,
If a contractor's HO/registered office is in Bangalore and having EPF & ESIC CODE NO of Bangalore address. But the contractor is supplying contract manpower to different factories in different locations like Bangalore, Mysore, Mandya, Ramanagar. In this case is it contractor has to generate separate ESIC sub code for all these different locations? and what about EPF is sub branch code required?............
Note : contractor don't have branch office in Mysore, Mandya, Ramanagar....Contractor supplying manpower from Bangalore office...........Hence please guide me in this case what should contractor do?
