1. Kindly let me know whether is it correct or not ?
2. What are the step by step process - how to calculate the DISC score and put it in graph.
3. Sombone knows how to read the graph then please let me know.

To be able to interpret the DISC Score, you need to be trained and DISC Certified, without which the interpretations will have little value.
