Every company has there own website where you basically tell about
your company, environment, culture, products, markets, and similarly one portion you keep for job seekers/Recruitment/Career. where people comes and apply for the job.
Now just consider the career section for which I need to work over, Most of the companies make it more enlarged by putting recruitment program, how to apply, Current available jobs, etc etc.
Now what I am asking for the career section ,that further include the items below,

As for "beautiful and attractive words", don't waste your time. Most people spend very little time reading a website. You need to convey the most important information quickly and succinctly. No-one will read pages and pages of flowery guff. If I wanted to find out about working for your company, I would need to be able to quickly scan the website, find the most important points for me, and then decide if it is worth going any further.
Your website is just to open the door and encourage people to contact you for more information. There is tons of information on google regarding how to create a simple website that gets people interested in your product, i.e, coming to work for you.
