Friends, I am working as a freelance recruiter for many companies in Tamilnadu. I worked hard and by my good performance I got many clients. However, due to increased clients it is hard for me to manage the job orders. So, indirectly it is affecting my performance and getting bad reputation for not closing the jobs. So, I have a thought of starting an own company or outsource the job requirements from my clients to other freelancers/companies.
Please let me know your suggestions. it will help me to take a better decision. One friend suggested me to join as a consultant in a company and give them clients as I don't have much money to invest. Please guide. Thanks in advance.
