Hire those who get you business (income/wealth & well-being) and who keep you in business (perpetuate profits, profitability & peace). This is true for SMEs or organizations of any size.

Dear Questioner,

I am quite unable to understand your question. Irrespective of the type or size of an organization, recruitment is a positive process of finding and hiring the best-qualified person from within or outside the organization in a cost- and time-effective manner. It may be of (1) direct method, like selecting suitable candidates from educational institutions, (2) indirect method, like floating open advertisements in the media, and (3) third-party method, like seeking the assistance of employment exchanges, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, etc.

In the case of SMEs, since the extent of their operations and the requirement of manpower are limited and most probably localized, you can choose the last two methods.

Dear questioner,

Your question is a bit incomplete. Are you hiring for which level?
1. Unskilled
2. Semi-Skilled
3. Skilled

For Unskilled and Semi-Skilled positions, you can utilize referrals, Quicker.com, and contract labor providing agencies. For Skilled roles, you should explore different portals, employment agencies, social networking sites, and institute tie-ups.

If you can provide more insight into your specific requirements, I can guide you with a more precise answer.
