DearMs. (Cite Contribution),
Stress is a general pshycological and physical reaction. It determines the pressure and motivates us to do our best. On the contrary it has its advere effects and the only best way to reduce stress is to recognize in which part of our life is it effecting the most (professional or personal). It attracts body, mind and behaviour of a person.
Therefore, thanks for such a lovely share. I'm glad that we could know in which areas to manifest and build-up a healthy, structured life.

Greetings,
Glad you liked the test! It worked rightly for me . I agree with Sharmila , that stress begins with psychological areas and then precedes to the physical arena , finally overarching both!
Stress is caused , either because we are not watching ourselves or we don't know what should we do with our selves for the next 10mins/1 hr and so on. We are productive for a fixed few hours every day. Rest goes in its preparation. Is our relaxation rejuvenating or building our coping skills? On a daily basis, other than sleeping or watching TV, most of us do nothing to bring our morale high. Few of us, don't even have the opportunity to get that. Hence it aggravates a far greater stress on them.
Here are few steps that helped me identify a thought process :
Thoughts: I was shocked to observe my thoughts for a day. It jumps from one carefree topic to an anxious one, leaving me happy for one moment and overwhelmed on the other. No wonder mood swings, seemed such a natural result. However, if we can curtail the thought , we can change the result.
Statements: I dont need any criticism from the world, because I found that the statements which I issue to myself, is worst than any furnace. Suppose , when I allocated myself a task, the statement that I issued in my brain was totally fear-oriented. I merely wanted to finish the task and save myself . All I was worried about was the completion and time. I wasnt looking for development or passion towards the job, into it. No wonder, I found them as 'Chores' hence, so mundane. Failed to improve upon them and found them tiring each time, I had to deliver.
Narratives: When a friend asked me about certain HR process I managed, I suddenly realised, during the narrative, how many times did I run myself down. Never valued any complicaties, I delivered. Hence, missed out on realizing what I learnt. Using words such as : I was 'just writing' the policies, made me miss out on the lessons I gained from the research I did before writing them and the skills I gained while presenting them to the board.
If we observe our narratives, we'll be scared to realise the stories that we often tell our self.
These minute thought processes end up in stress when coupled with various other external factors such as life style and economies. Please share your coping skills and the stress you manage through them.
Thankyou for your support !

- The narratives we use when we are stating something not just to others but ourselves that screws up our lives, when we are not watching them
