I have completed M.S.W.(H.R.& L.W.) Now, i am working in the small organisation as office administrator. I haven't have good marks in my B.Com exam. I have pass class. Here i have a problem. I have got only 4000 /- salary. in my office my office boy have 5000/- payment. and he is new joined person. I have completed 1 year & 2 months here. Can i got the job in HR. FIELD.
As also i want another one information that i want to take more education. Which is helpful for my specification. So kindly give details that which diploma should i do?
