Change for an eagle is forced on it but change to an organisation needs to be foreseen (without being forced by inevitabilities) and planned accordingly. Like someone said the only way to keep pacewith change is to be the change maker. Otherwise we would always be running after change.
Notwithstanding my comments that was a nice presentation

a very innovative and interesting presentation. Is it really a fact that eagles have such a life? The life cycle of the eagle has been beautifully presented to depict the CHANGE.
I think this presentation reflects few aspects of change but not all. anyways its a good effort. Something is better than nothing
