i have problem for marinating with out reliever about Time office (24 HR) .(A/B/C/R)
My Management is not approving the reliever.
Please suggest me in this regard. Or any new system is there.
We are using punch card system, Is there any automatic system is there for Running time office with out time keeper.
Please guide me .

Hi Hari
You cannot manage time office without a reliever. Explain to Management that if anybody is on leave You need to have one reliever and also during off day if it is a continuous running office. Otherwise you have to give O T to the employees which will create further problem

Seems to be a clear violation of legislation. May be the employer is not aware of the consequences of such violations. Why don’t you get the consultation of a labor law expert to your employer?
