I am Parimala pursuing MBA(HR) final sem,I do not know how to start really i'm so disappointed that no one were replying to my queries .I expected a lot from citemanhr.com but really its not so now.Anyways still i'm trying i'm posting my queries hoping that some one can atleast reply me.
I have started my PROJECT on Tn D in a PUBLICSECTOR CO. ,
PROJECT TITLE is "COMPETENCY BUILDING THROUGH T n D AND HYPOTHESIS is ""TRAINING AS A SOURCE FOR GAINING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE"suggest me how to carry out my project work ,many of my classmates are going for Tn D, to add value to my project can I link Tn D with some other topic if so what?How to frame a questionnaire?(suggestions from all sides are welcomed).

Dear Parimala,
Would like to appreciate that you are curious to get some ideas to add value to your project and can learn maximum out of it but the way you are expressing your concern leads to the senerio where no one may interested to provide information.
When you are learning HR stream and would be interested to continue your career in the same, you should learn to aquire good expressing skill by means of good communication and ussage of proper assertive vocab.
As far as your project is concern, making your base strong in one topic is more important rather then focusing on different areas of HR. I beleive you have chosen the best topic and should try to put your best effort to understand the basis of it through Pratical exposure you may be watching in the company.
Further, The Project Work main purpose is to gain knowledge how the industry operates in that particular area or topic. You need to first understand the current pratice in the company, if any. Also, do a lot of research on the net to get the understanding of Training and development separately and Competitve Advantage separately as these are two different functions in HR vertical. Being a begininer your theoritcal knowledge should be good to have clear definition of both then only you can adjust the same in the pratical situation.
I can guide you on the same by interacting with you on each step. You can add the value in to your project by providng the real time solution to the company where u are doing the project. Questionnaire can be made based on the issues you will find prevailing in the company in regards to the topic u r following. I believe you will find my response helpful to answer your queries.
