Hello Everyone,
I am working as a Executive-HR in a RMC Manufacturing Company. As per ISO training every employee need to undergo 12hrs per year. Our HR manager is placed in another location and always remind us to conduct training programs. As I am new to this Hr department i have coordinated with all the departmental heads to know their training requirements of their sub-ordinates. Major of them have complained about Communication & written Skills and few suggesting some technical skills like training on MS-Excel, Health & Safety. Can you please suggest me how to go ahead with this training session ??? Whom should i contact and how it has to be carried out ??? Thanks in Advance. Awaiting for your valuable suggestions

Hi Prasanthi,
First of all It is better to do Skill Gap analysis for all the employees by the respective Function HOD's. identify the training needs through Gap analysis taking maximum competencies and skills required to perform their activities.List all the gaps and prepare a Training Calender. After preparation of Training Calender Identify the trainers either Internal / External.
Training is scheduled in the following classifications:
a) Induction & Orientation training
b) In-house training for existing employees in various operational modules.
c) External training by competent person / external bodies on need basis.
