Dear Sonia,
Including weekly half need to pay 30days in a month. Remaining need to pay as OT payment.
Example : 26days+ 4 weekly half = 30 payable days.
Gross Salary Rs. 12000 /- per month : 12000/30* 30days = Earned Gross salary Rs. 12000 /-

thanks jay,
but i just want to know how to avoid proxy in this..like in last month we have 4 technicians in our blood bank department but at the time of salary calculation we got their attendance 34, 37, 38 days which is not justified so i just want to know how to calculate man-days to avoid these kind of proxy's.
example: in a month their is 30 days and 2 paid offs. total salary calculated for that particular employee is x/30+32.

Dear Sonia, please consider only on monthly calendar basis like in the Aug-12 only 31 days and Sep-12 only 30 days and remaining you consider as OT hrs. per day 8 hrs. Regards, Jay
