Hi, I have been asked by the management to prepare a Performance linked incentive(PLI) for field employees like sales/marketing/ purchase/service. Can anyone please suggest to me the format of the salary structure with PLI? Please suggest that what all to be taken into account before introducing the PLI in CTC.
