Dear All
Please let me know that do forklift operator require LMV or HMV license to operate forklift inside the factory only.
No requirement is giving in Factory Act 1948 ( requirement of forklift is giving like load testing by authorise person etc)
Also as per Central Motor Vehicle Act, if driver is driving forklift in Public Road tha require license from RTO.
If require license from RTO to operate fork lift, than please add the url page for clarification.
