Immediate Reporting head
Department
Experience required
Qualification required
Softskill required
Skills desired
Detailed KRA
you can prepare it in both word or excel

based on that you have to formulate the matrix with expected outcome in metrics.
The expected and landed outcome to be measured in the PMS.
