Hello Everyone, I have joined a Startup company as HR Manager. Currently, the team size is only 10 people, and 3-4 people will join in the coming months. I have been asked to make an HR induction presentation and present it to the team so we can show the same to all the new employee who joins the company.

Yes, the common HR policies, the culture of the organisation etc can be one and the same for all the employees. Once this session is over, separate sessions by different departments may be given. This shall be followed by session by the department where the employee will be working finally. That session will normally an on the job training and is taken care of by the concerned department.
