There is a factory located in Mumbai and their head office located in Pune. I have a question whether PF should be covered from the offices
Mumbai or Pune? Any one are having a circular regarding Coverage of a factory should necessarily be form the geographical location of factory.

Head office must be registered, while for branches all over India, where attendance and payroll is maintained for the respective
branch, they can obtain sub-codes, which would be attached to the head office code number.

PF Will be applicable to factory assuming the strength of Factory is more than the Strength in Office. based on information furnished in your Online application duly supported by Documents Code Number will be allotted to Factory, since majority of Workmen and dedicated HR Department will be available in Factory
