Hi,

It is only a notice from a IT company for dual employment and not a death sentence confirmed by High Court. Please don't be scary and don't even think suicide as a escape option.

Why they served dual employment notice. Have you absconded and joined other without information to other company. Unless otherwise you signed some training agreement or bond or dishonored security cheques submitted by you there is nothing to worry. Face it give them some appropriate reply defending your side.. When you have such amount of fear in mind do not repeat this mistake in life time.

Hello,

I have 11 days of dual employment which includes last saturday and Sunday. I submitted my laptop on Friday itself.
This overlap is not between my recently joined company and previous one. It is between my last and last to last company. I had a bond against which I have to make payment. I tried to negotiate this bond amount initially but when there is no option, I decided to pay full amount. While I was arranging amount, my date of joining in new company came. I joined there and paid bond amount in next week. In hope of negotiation, I didn't ask them to release early. As my last company didn't raise any concern about this, I was not knowing about dual employment or overlap until my current company raised this concern after joining of 2 months. As per them, it's illegal of dual employment in India. I tried to convince them about the problem but they didn't.
Please advise me what should I do to save my job?
