Iam working in a automobile industry. i want to start small group activities in my organisation. please guide me how to conduct SGAs.
as far as i remember about SGAs. groups in the SGAs are hetrogenos, voluntary participation of members, every group will have a leader. am i right.
please help me. i want to start it as soon as possible.
