I worked in MNC company for more than 2 years which is deducting PF and after that, I have join a startup which is not deducting pf.
But in between, I worked in both the company for 3 months.(as startup want immediate joining and my old company is removing employees due to the corona crisis). Now after a few months, I am switching to a different MNC.. can I hide my current startup companies employer and show only previous companies' employment. Will it create any issue..and how to avoid that?
