Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1972, where
Regulation has reference to regularization of working condition like working hours, welfare, wages etc. for contract labours through this Act by imposing the liability o Contractor and Principal Employer.
Abolition refers to provisions in the Act to abolition certain contract jobs following the procedure provided in section 10 of the Act.
