Great effort and wonderful initiative!
I've seen your MS Word file. And, I want to make a very important suggestion to you.
Your document in its current state will NOT get you many responses.
Why? Because there's a lot of fiddling, editing, re-formatting etc involved. And, given that its a survey - you denitinitely DO NOT want your respondents to walk away from it.
So, what can you do to make their life easier to help you achieve your goal?
Very simple really. You've already done all the hard work.
I suggest that you go over to surveymonkey.com and sign up for a free account. Create your survey on their tools. They can also host it for you (but I think that's a paid service).
Never mind.
You can also host it on your Facebook page.
Then, you distribute that URL whereever it is that you're distributing this MS Word file currently.
And voila - watch the magic.
When respondents only have to click, click, click, and more click, they'll give you a much higher completion rate. And, to top it, surveymonkey's analytics will give you some wonderful insights too.
So, have fun and see you over at the monkey's...

Yes, i can do but the issue is i have local people on facebook and they don't use online purchasing so my questionnaire is useless if i ask them to fill. That's why i selected the forum here to get multi countries people who will be definitely using paid online services or would be interested in future. but what i know about my side people they are just interested to get free stuff, and don't do online shopping paid.

Gaurav could not have expressed my views any better. I have been advising students at CiteHR for ages to do what Gaurav suggested. You do not seem to value respondents' time. Just to help you get your MBA, why should respondents go to all the trouble of downloading your document, fill it up, save it, and then send it back to you?
As an ex tutor/assessor of MBA's, let me ask you a question? What's your intended population and sample size? These are to be addressed to make your study reliable and valid.

But i would love to ask you if you have any other options for filling my questionnaire? as local communities here doesn't prefer online purchasing and my research is on online business and online purchasing so i have to find out answers online internationally. Please suggest if you have some other ideas for filling questionnaire. I also want to tell that i don't have international friends etc on facebook

I am rather surprised that you chose that topic for your research, when you do not have proper access to data. Let me ask you why you chose that topic living in Pakistan where such internet buying is not popular, yet? Did not your supervisor advise you? Did you do any literature survey to see what others have doen, how and why that way?
It is very difficult to advise you not knowing what your university requirements are. However, if you want international audience to respond to your survey, you have to use a web-based survey.
