Whether you are preparing a Recruitment Dashboard or Manpower related Dashboard
Recruitment Dashboard contains all about positions (Vaccant positions, Filled position, Skill wise, exp. wise positions etc)
While Manpower Related Dashboard may contains Age wise distribution of manpower, Education wise Distribution, Exp. wise Distribution, Gender wise manpower strength, Demographic wise and so on...
You can add lots of things depends upon your requirement. Dashboard will help you alot in future....
