Dear Sakthi Suku,
You wanted to be HR Consultant. However, have you defined how your services will provide ROI to your customers? How it will be measured and on what parameters will it be measured? Have you defined what is your product and what are the advantages of availing of this product?
It appears that you are not clear on these concepts. First be clear then you can think of doing product promotion.
Thanks,

Sir,
Thanks and Glad to get your prompt response. However I mentioned the domains IR & HR where I want to become a specialist / consultant in the same. There is nothing to specific rather generalist consultant as aforesaid. I need inputs where & how I can start from base.
Whereas I admit your point that product promotion where some unique skillset I should have to catch the market / client.
Regards,
Sakthi Suku

Sakti ji,Your vast experience in te field should give you enough confidence to foresee what are major problems being faced by industries in Hr IR domains.Every organisation wants their HR vertical should be strong and compliant yet spend very less on this vertical.Having said this,Iassure you that just connect to your best resources and contacts who may need Their HR vertical to be set right. Dig out for many contracting agencies where they need lot of awarness training and solutions in Hr management and compliance.Your expert liason with local authorities will also be useful towrds resoving many of your cutomer problems.Speak to startups and help them overcome their compliance issues.Ihad been spendin lot of time with customers understanding how they need a consultant to work towards their growth. As Dinesh briefly said abt ROI,its the key feature applicable in every business. In HR,time, puntuality timely fulfillment of compliance keeps the customer indemnified. While there are other area like training, placements, recruitments, employee engagements, and various processes that your customer would expect help from you.For all this to happen my advise is ,get connected with people, companies and employees and try winning their trust through your value, expertise and commitment.
