Dear All, I need a suggestion on staff overtime. We have a few employees, mainly Drivers, Office assistants, and Draughtsmen, who are eligible for overtime work. Now, we want to stop the overtime for all of them. Can this be possible? If yes, what documentation or process do we need to complete to avoid any legal consequences?
