My company is giving unpaid leave on Saturday so if any employee takes leave on Monday then what will happen in case of LWP, Sunday will also be an unpaid leave of that employee??

Presuming that Sunday is a paid holiday otherwise, the same should apply here too unless there is any rule to the contrary. The Rule position stating that Saturday is an unpaid leave is odd and not understood.

The weekly off day, ie, Sunday, coming in between two LOP days, should be marked as LOP.
