Dear Sir,
I am writing to know -
Is there any maximum time time for employer to release full n final settlement payment.
I was working in a reputed organization. I served there almost 8 years. My joining date was 11.10.2011 and I quit on 10.04.2019 by giving one month proper notice which was as per my joining letter.
Almost after 3 and half months I am still awaiting to get my full n final payment. After numerous follow ups I got only Rs. 1 Lang as part payment on 6.7.2019. After then they are not responding my mail neither they are attending my phone calls to confirm me when my FnF payment will be released.
Actually no proper HR is there and division director is only decision maker. Not only with me, they are treating with all employees in same manners who quit the job.
Kind request please suggest me the procedure to get my pending payments.
With Regards,
Prabhash

The Full and Final Settlement has to be made within 10 days of the month end or last working day or the Salary Pay Cycle. Gratuity has to be paid within 30 days of the last working day. 3 to 4 months is a very long time visit the office and sort out the matter amicably.

Dear Mr. Saji,
Thank you for your valuable advise.
Head office of this company is in Mumbai and live in Delhi. So communications source is only either mail or phone call.
I have sent many request mail to them but didn't get any reply. Unable to connect them over phone as none is attending my calls.
In this situation what is the ideal step I should take. Request, please suggest.
With Regards,
Prabhash
