You can make team of four employees and let say four employees in a team and there should be 5 paper bowls with rajma filled in it.Give one one straw to every employee. Play the music and each employee has to inhale the breathe with the straw in the mouth and rajma will stick to the straw. One employee has to put rajma in the second bowl, second has to put rajma in the third bowl and so on.The team has the max number of rajma will win.

Dear Aparna,
Design a set of common questions which would fit the group.
Say 9 or 10 questions , answers for which would not be lengthier.
Give the question sheet to each member and ask them to find answers
from rest of the team. They should also capture the name of the person who is
answering.
Activity is highly interactive and a good ice breaker.

Hi all

I really appreciate your suggestions. I also got to know a game, which is -

Observe, Explain and Do

In this activity there are 3 people in each team. You can have n number of teams. You have to show one poster to one of any team member at that timing no other member of the team should be present. Then the one who observed the poster explains to the other and further the second explains the third wherein the third has to draw it. Mind it the first should not interfere when the second is explaining to the third and the third participant has to draw as the second says.

At last compare with the actual poster that the third has drawn.

Now, Answer the following:-

• What do you think of your performance?

• Were you satisfied with how the instructions were related by the explainer?

• What was the effect of the explainer on the process?

• How about observer’s instructions?

• If you struggled in the task, do you think you should blame the observer, the explainer or the task group?

• What does this exercise suggest about providing feedback?

• What does it say about teamwork, cooperation and communication?

• What does it mean in relation to working in the dark where all information is not necessarily always accessible?

• What can you do to improve the quality of your work?
