Many companies having their own wages & salary structure. So the salary offered to you may be as per the salary structure of that establishment(parity in wages & salary) and which stands 30% more what you were getting from the previous establishment.

I feel ,new company take into consideration normal rise in your earlier organization 20% in a year.10% rise for your selection .Total 30% .Industry Norms ,but if you are more experienced,qualified than more .Depending upon your bargain capacity .

Instead of raising this query in forum, your present employer will in a better person to reply you suitably. None of us can resolve your problem nor can provide you any solution by which your salary will increase from 30% to 100%. This could have possible during negotiation of your salary and before joining.
