You will be the best judge. You know better, whether is is because of your performance or overall company’s performance?

Many companies having their own wages & salary structure. So the salary offered to you may be as per the salary structure of that establishment(parity in wages & salary) and which stands 30% more what you were getting from the previous establishment.

That varies from company to company. But on standards people fixed the hike would be 30%. Its better to demand as per the previous salary and experience.

Dear Annonymous. How much did you ask? Why are you now thinking about the hike in general? The hike to any new aspirant depends on many factors, which Management has to decide and finalize.

I feel ,new company take into consideration normal rise in your earlier organization 20% in a year.10% rise for your selection .Total 30% .Industry Norms ,but if you are more experienced, qualified than more .Depending upon your bargain capacity .

Gentleman,
Instead of raising this query in forum, your present employer will in a better person to reply you suitably. None of us can resolve your problem nor can provide you any solution by which your salary will increase from 30% to 100%. This could have possible during negotiation of your salary and before joining.
