A couple of pointers from a retired academic. Please use a web-based survey to improve the response rate. Also, ask demographic and personal questions towards the end. When asked at the outset, it can put people off. Also, when you are asking people to help you, you should try and minimise the work they have to do.

It was nice to be the part of this survey.
Both work and family have equal importance in one's life. It is very important to balance both side. When you are working you should not bring the family matters at our work place. We should be fully dedicated to our work. In the same way when you are at your home, you should give your full time to your family. It is easy to say all these things. But it is difficult to do. But as per my opinion we should learn the way how to balance both work and family life.
