Previously Hard copies of Annual returnz accepted by Labour department. But from last 2years they not taking any hard copies. We have to fill in following website.
Shops and Establishment URL : Department of Labour
Factories URL : http://164.100.133.11:9080/FBIS/
Before going this site, You have to take portal user name and password from Your circle inspector.
After completing your Online submission:
For factories with cover letter we have to submit the acknowledgement copy(3) to labour department.
For Shops and establishment only acknowledgement is enough to submit.
Every year before Jan 31 we have to submit it to specific area Inspectors.
Along with this I have attached forms for your reference. Do check by filling this forms as your reference.
