Hi i need Your Valuable Suggestion. First I introduce my self.
I am Software Developer in Dot Net Technology i have 5 year of experience .i got two offer one is from IBM & other is From Cognizent . Which Company is good to join as Money is not matter for me. My concern is Job Security, Onsite Opportunity & as Married Woman i have to mange family as well as Work .So Please give me your Valuable Suggestion Which Company is good for me IBM or CTS.

You do seem to have got your priorities clear--whether they are right or wrong isn't the issue.
But there's a bit of contradiction in your statement--you mentioned onsite opportunities as one of the factors AND @ the same time you say you have to manage family & work.
Leaving this aspect apart, to the extent I know, onsite openings in IBM are not very common. And as far as the job security is concerned, both are OK, except in global conditions like in 2008-2009, where most companies got effected.
You haven't mentioned anything w.r.t. the type of projects/work & domains you will involved into in each of the companies--this would be a critical factor, since job satisfaction is directly related to this aspect @ your exp level.
If you wish to consider any other parameters, pl mention.

Sorry for Late replay...
Actually my priority is short term onsite opportunity & when I am in here (India) not much more Stress of work & late hours working so that I will manage my family...
I heard with my Friends about IBM they are not much more entertain to Bench people if people not getting any project IBM will fire after 3 months .
My worry is about Job security in 2009 Recession my previous company fire at that time my ex company is stable but they take benefit of recession & lay off many people of my project ....SO I don't want to take risk Because that thing spoil my career . Please suggest..

For the moment, I suggest you don't give a lot of wieghtage to on-site opportunities--given the current global scenario, especially in NA & Europe.
Coming to your priority of stability, pl understand that a lot of companies have laid-off employees during the last recession. So that's something that's NOT in your control. For IT professionals, that's a part of the 'occupational hazard' so to say. One needs to plan for 'HANDLING' such situations, if & when they come again--whether we like it or not.
In a nutshell, I would tend to repeat what (Cite Contribution) mentioned: "......job content and the project offered. Your value in the long run, will depend on the project". There are many who got effected in the past recession who are still searching for jobs--AND there are many who have settled down comfortably in another job after things began to pick-up last year. You can well understand what made the difference between the 2 sets of people.
However, based on our global exp, I can say this much: if you get to make a choice, try to prefer working in 2 domains [in your specific context]: Healthcare & Education. These are 2 domains that USUALLY are NOT effected by any recessions.
