Hi, I am working with Indian MNC (A) for last 7 years. I was initially deputed to client company (B) location and was working there for 3.5 years . later contract of client company (B) gets over with my current employer(A) . and later i was assigned to different project.
Since last 3 years i am working on different project. Now I got offer from client with whom i worked 3 years ago. I accepted offer and service notice period now.
catch is , In my offer letter of company its mentioned that , I can not joined any of past client/customer of company after separation from company till next 1 year.
Later , I found one of the colleague from current company having same case like me. He was working with me with same client (B) . Before 2 years ago he left out our current company and joined client . At that time 1 years was passed to contract between my current company and client company ended.
My concern is can i join client company who's contract already over 3 years ago,
Is there thing to concern. As i am already serving notice period , and I am ascertain about the thing in future .
