Does your query like this if in any month whether it is 30 days month or 31 days month or like Feb month 28 days are there. in a such scenario salary would be the same or differ ?
For monthly paid employee salary would be the same if the month days vary like 30,31 or Feb month like 28 days.

Dear Redak, Please understand the net salary is depending on deductions from the gross salary thus as and when there are any changes deductions in the salary the net salary will differ.
