Dear sir i am working as store manager in retail sector for western wear brand since2012 till now. My question is as I'm on roll employee of the company from feb 2016 my store is shutdown due to lease agreement expires with mall but till now i hav'nt receive any confirmation regarding my salary i will get my salary of past 3 months or not because im active on payroll. Will i get my salary or not in this case?

Yes, you are entitled to your salary for the last 3 months. Please ask in writing to your employer to clear the outstanding salary. If they don't then you can approach the appropriate forum to recover the same. You can consult with any labour law advocate with all documents for better advice.

But sir now my company is doing my fnf and i tell him i am entiteld to receive my past 3 months salary because still i am on pay roll of the company so my company is telling to me you will not get the salary because your store last working day is feb 15.2016 but i havent got any written notification till the new store will open neither i will get my past 3 month salary nor my staff will receive their salay but still we are active on company pay roll requesting you to please advice me the opinion.

This verbal communication has no value. Ask for your outstanding dues in writing and send it through registered post with proper acknowledgement. As suggested earlier, you can seek help of a labour lawyer, if you feel so.
