I was working as a content writer with a private travel firm. After working their for over one year, i resigned from the company mostly because of the delay in salary. I submitted my resignation and agree to serve one month notice period. During notice period i serve for only 1 week and went for a leave of 10 days and after that i did not returned for the work. Now I am asking for my 15 day dues, which the company is not releasing...furthermore the company does not deduct any PF after being a possessing a workforce of more than 12 people. Pleas guide me what should I do..

Dear ,
If you went on one month notice period with proper communication to company then you would be
eligible for getting all your genuine pending dues like -leaves balance/bonus/pay for working days if any
Applicability of PF deduction liability (act ) on company, would not be an employees look out what soever
Do communication with the authorized person in the company and mutually discuss your issue point-wise in a cool way for solution.

Please explain why the company is expected to pay you 15 days salary for having worked for 5 days (1 week). And that too with out you having completed notice period and doing a proper handover.
As for PF, it applies only when the company has 20 or more workers

Fully agree with Mr. Banerjee, your 15 days due must have been adjusted against your shortfall of 15 days notice period/pay. With regards to PF you never bothered to enquire with your HR/Senior Management during your one year tenure but all of a sudden it cropped up in your mind. Lastly if the PF has not been deducted then what is your claim for.
