My CEO has asked me to prepare an Organisation HR plan. I need to send her timeframe for completing it.
Can anyone recommend approximately how much time I should ask for? Also if anyone of you have any template which I can use please forward me.

Can you please elucidate on what you mean by "Organisation HR Plan"? Neither I know about it nor could I get anything from Google. Suppose if you know this concept then you should be able to devise the time frame also!
There is "Strategic HR Plan" or "Human Resource Planning". However, it has to be derived from your organisation's strategic plan. Therefore, question arises is whether your CEO has shared the strategic plan with you.
