I am working as an Assistant professor in MES College Erumely since 2011. It is an unaided college under Mahathma Gandhi University of Kerala and accredited by NAAC. The institution is a minority institution under Article 30 of Indian Constitution. Now our management try to terminate me and two others due to lack of students. We have three bachloer degree with 106 students and 8 staffs.
