hi,can any one help me to train my sales employees for objection handling in insurance.I need to train than for sales objection handling in insurance selling..does anyone has a power point presentation regarding this or any article or set of questions & answers

I have spent my 4 years in insurance training. I suggest instead of trying for ppt pl read Closing by Zig Zaggler or Video of Brain Tracy on Objection handling. ( Check crossword - Shoppers 1st store at BBY)......forgt the name below the famous bridge.
